We collect two kinds of information. First, standard web information your browser sends automatically, such as pages viewed, referring page, and general device and browser details. Second, information you choose to submit, such as your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, and a description of your plumbing job when you ask to compare quotes.

How we use information

We use standard web information to operate and improve the site. We use the information you submit to connect you with independent, licensed plumbers who can quote your job, and to respond to you. We do not sell your personal information.

How quote requests are shared

If you submit a quote request, we share the details you provide with the independent plumbers who may contact you about it, and with the lead partner that routes your request to them. Those plumbers are independent businesses with their own privacy practices. Any form that collects a phone number shows a consent statement, described in our terms, before you submit.

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We do not currently serve personalized advertising.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask us not to share it, by emailing the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor them.
